Elite Real Estate Group was founded as an answer to the ever changing way in which Real Estate Agents and Brokers interact within the industry. In today’s marketplace, all Brokers and Agents have access to the latest marketing and technological resources at their fingertips.
What they need is a company that allows them the freedom to “Brand” themselves and not pay large franchise fees or desk fees to franchisors for services they don’t need.

With more than 30 years of experience in the industry, its founder, Troy Huskey, is forward thinking and flexible. His background as a salesperson, manager, and broker/owner of both an independent and franchised real estate offices has given him a unique insight into today’s independent brokers and salespeople.
Our Founder, Troy Huskey
With 30 years of experience in the industry, Troy leads the Elite Real Estate Group, helping agents and brokers achieve new levels of success.
When starting his career in the early 80’s, he quickly became a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club (when the average sales price was below $100,000).
He has:
- Worked at the #1 sales office for a National Real Estate Franchise as a sales associate
- Worked as the sales manager for a National Real Estate Franchise
- Owned and Operated a Franchised Real Estate Office
- Been the President of the local Board of Realtors
- State Director for the California Association of Realtors
- Member of the National Association of Realtors
These experiences led him to create Elite Real Estate Group as a response to the changing marketplace, and the lack of support for independent brokers and agents from the large national franchises.

Prior to joining Elite Real Estate Group in 2015, Mario, a native of Brooklyn, New York, has worked in a number of Whittier and La Habra restaurants and has owned Gaetano’s Italian Restaurant of the famed Zi Teresa family of Naples, Italy. Since 1988, Mario has been a successful restaurant owner and operator but in 2008, during the housing crisis, he “hung” his coat. His years of experience in restaurant sales and leasing has trained him in the art of negotiations and presenting the right offer for a successful outcome. Today he is a team member at Elite Real Estate Group.
